If you are not happy with your order, received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and request a return. Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be turned away. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to use a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Returned items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received.
Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 48 hours in the same manor in which the original payment was made, and may take up to an additional 5-7 business days for bank or credit card processing.
We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods such as candy and other edibles.
